Who Are You?

Who Are You?

Someone recently said that if we could get a revelation of the love of God for us, it would change our lives. I asked God to give me that greater revelation, and He is faithful!

You are Righteous Now!

Christ made you God’s righteousness. If you are born again or have received Jesus as your Lord, you are righteous right now in your spirit regardless of how you look, think, or feel!

For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Remember that in John 19:30, Jesus says, “It is finished.” He completed His work on the cross.

2 Corinthians 5:21

Let’s Party

There is a party going on right now in heaven and our spirit. In Luke 15, Jesus explains to the disciples that the angels rejoice in the presence of God every time someone receives their salvation. Jesus explains in parables that it doesn’t matter why we were lost:

Each story ends with rejoicing! Let’s party!

Don’t Be Deceived

The first couple of verses in Luke 15 tells how the “worst sinners” drew near to hear what Jesus had to say while the religious leaders murmured accusations. At the end of the parable about the prodigal son, the older brother complains. Don’t be deceived, and then fall into this category of killjoys who don’t have an intimate knowledge of God!

These negative attitudes and actions open a door for the enemy to come into your life to kill, steal, and destroy!

The Party Doesn’t Stop.

When we find out who we are in Christ and believe His Word, the party never stops!

Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:

1 Peter 1:8

God Himself Sings and Dances Over You

The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.

Zephaniah 3:17

It Is Finished

Take time to find out who you are in Christ. The Bible says more about who you are. According to Jesus, “It is finished. All of God’s promises throughout the entire Bible are yes and amen in Christ. Jesus nailed the curses to the cross. Jesus fulfilled all the if/then statements throughout the Bible concerning God’s promises and wrath. Read Deuteronomy 28 with confidence in what He has accomplished. Yes, read the curses listed in Deuteronomy 28 knowing that under the new covenant, it is illegal for you to suffer under any of that! Only believe!

The only suffering and persecution now come from the enemy and anyone who gives him control in their lives and actions through sin and unbelief. We are guaranteed to have suffering and persecution because God has given us power, dominion, and self-control/temperance. Otherwise, He would have to go back on His Word and force people to do His will. God is NOT controlling this mess!

The more you take time to find out who you are in Christ, The more YouWillWantTo!
