Dear Lord, thank you for loving us. You are our Daddy, Abba, Father. We love you so much, Father, and we thank you that we can come boldly before Your throne of GRACE.
The life we now live is a trying time in history. So many changes that it can try our patience just to endure. We can easily be distracted by the cares of this world; what we see and hear. But as Christians we don’t look through our human eyes, we look through our spiritual eyes that Jesus WILL meet all our needs. (Phl 4:19). WILL not might!
[Phl 4:19 NIV] 19 And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.
WHILE I’M WAITING > The Holy Spirit knows what we need and directs our STEPS to the answer to fulfill the PLAN He has for our lives! He never fails to provide the perfect worship song for HIS inspired posts > and HE DID IT AGAIN with “While I’m Waiting.”
WAITING
WAITING: the action of staying where one is or delaying action until a particular time or until something else happens.

- And I am hopeful, I’m waiting on You Lord
- Though it is painful, but patiently I will wait
- And I will move ahead bold and confident
- Taking every step in obedience
HOPEFUL > PATIENTLY > BOLD > CONFIDENT > OBEDIENCE = ACTIONS that guide us through the WAITING PROCESS.
As I meditated on this WAITING in PATIENCE stage of my life, the Holy Spirit brought back to my remembrance His WORD to comfort me. He never promised us a rose garden all the days of our lives. But He did promise to never leave us nor forsake us. (Deu 31:8) When we need comfort, we just need to remember this scripture. When we accepted Jesus into our heart, He came to live inside our spirit. (Gal 2:20). When I look to Jesus, who loves me unconditionally, I know He will protect me; he is my fortress against the attack of the enemy. (PSA 18:2).
[Deu 31:8 KJV] 8 And the LORD, he [it is] that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.
[Gal 2:20 KJV] 20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

TESTIMONY
TESTIMONY is a word that prompted this post. Words connected by my thoughts and actions as I follow Jesus. As I reflect over the past few months, I can clearly see how Jesus protected me from making wrong choices. What appeared to be an open door to my human eyes, was not! It was a door Jesus quickly closed to keep me from harm. At first, I was frustrated … I wanted a clear YES to go forth. But after the NO > the evil intents were revealed to me. THANK YOU, JESUS.
We live in a world of deceit and deception. What seems to LOOK TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, is usually a bad choice to make. It is just a façade to hide the attack of the enemy. As options were placed before me, the Holy Spirit would drop scripture into my thoughts to TRUST IN HIM and lean not on my own understanding. (Prov 3:5-6).
[Pro 3:5-6 KJV] 5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
SABBATICAL
During my 3-month sabbatical; I spent time in His presence seeking guidance. I faced some challenging times. But a book that brought me comfort, beside the BIBLE, was a book titled, GOD CALLING; BY TWO LISTENERS (1932) Edited by A.J. Russell Barbour Publishing, Inc. It was printed in BELGIUM! A little Genuine Bounded Leather book that was hidden for years in a box in my basement. Where is came from is a mystery to me. But during my sabbatical, it found its way from a box in my basement into my hands! It was clearly meant for me to read during my sabbatical.
It is a book written by TWO LISTENERS, women whose names were not revealed, of their time spent LISTENING and LEARNING from Jesus. 365 LESSONS from Jesus on how to be overcomers in the world that is trying to be overtaken with evil. During my sabbatical, I read all 365 days of Jesus speaking to ME. The scripture that starts the journey is Matt 18:19-20. I am now reading this book for the second time. And yes, it seems each day’s reading is as if Jesus was speaking to me about an issue in my life. This book has become attached to my BIBLE!
[Mat 18:19-20 KJV] 19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. 20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

WAITING TAKES PATIENCE
PATIENCE: the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering without getting angry or upset.
I will confess, it is not always easy to wait in patience. Our human emotions have a way of taking over even when we fight with all our flesh to control them. But the WORD tells us we can live by FAITH in GOD that gives us the power to take control over our flesh. [2Co 5:7 NIV]
[2Co 5:7 NIV] 7 For we live by faith, not by sight.
From my previous post, SCARS FROM HEAVEN, I shared the loss of my precious sister, Cathy Porter, Ms. Wheelchair MD 2007. During the first week after her entrance into HEAVEN, my tears flowed like a river at times, and other times just a few drops. But as I WAITED on the LORD (Psa 27:14) to renew my strength, HE DID, and now the tears are very few. When they come, I visualize her WALKING in heaven and the tears are turned to joy.

- I will SERVE You while I’m waiting
- I will WORSHIP You while I’m waiting
- I will be running the race even when I wait
HOLY SPIRIT INSPIRED
The Holy Spirit inspired this TESTIMONY for someone who is going through rough times and must make life changing decisions. This post is to ENCOURAGE THEM that they are not alone. I am still GOING THROUGH some challenging times in my life, but now I realize that every NO, or delay, is for my benefit. When I start to doubt, I remember to TRUST IN THE LORD AND LEAN NOT ON MY OWN UNDERSTANDING (PRO 3:5-6). God works for the good of those who love him. (Rom 8:28).
When fear and doubt arise in our hearts, we need to STOP and SAY to the evil who is trying to evade our thoughts to >>> GET BEHIND ME STATAN. I AM CHILD OF GOD AND NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST ME SHALL PROSPER!!! (ISA 54:17)
[Pro 3:5-6 NIV] 5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6 in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
[Rom 8:28 NIV] 28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
[Isa 54:17 NIV] 17 no weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and this is their vindication from me,” declares the LORD.

ETERNITY
IF you have not accepted Jesus into your heart, now it is the time. He is waiting to hear from you. In a moment, your life can change from a sinner to Christian!

Dear Lord, this is the day that YOU have made, and we shall rejoice and be glad in it. During the past days You have spoken to me words of COMFORT and I’ve shared them with others. And as I wrote this TESTIMONIAL post, You also inspired me to share them here as well.
BE A PRAYER WARRIOR…
Dear Lord, we awoke today because Your purpose for us is not finished. This is the day that You have made, and we shall rejoice and be glad in it. It is through the trials and tribulations that we learn to TRUST in You. Regardless of what we see, hear, or feel in this physical body and emotions, we know You are the source of Healing, Prosperity, Unmerited Favor, and Blessings for us. As we learn to Trust in Your Word, we will fulfil our purpose on this earth so we will hear, “Well done, Good and Faithful Servant” when we get to heaven.
Dear Lord, A new day begins for us. A day that You have made for us. A day of new beginning’s. The past is buried, and this day is newness of life for us. As we go THROUGH trials and tribulations, we will not be troubled for we believe in You and Your saving Grace over all situations. What the devil though for evil will be blessings in our lives.
