LORD, I’M THANKFUL
Dear Lord, thank You for loving us. You are our Daddy, Abba, Father. We love you so much, Father, and we thank You that we can come boldly before Your throne of GRACE. LORD, I’M THANKFUL. Lately I’ve been through some testing and trials. Felt like a detour that went on for miles. But standing here now looking back I can say, Lord, I’m thankful.
[1Th 5:18 KJV] 18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
LORD I’M THANKFUL
- Some storms I thought I would never survive
- But here I am feeling so strong and alive
- The darkness is passed, and the morning is bright
- And I’m thankful
GOD gives us examples of OVERCOMING! Their faith in GOD gave them the strength to carry on. And with Lazarus, Jesus spoke amazing three words that raised him from the dead …. Lazarus, come forth!! John 11:43-44
- Lord, I’m thankful like David after Goliah
- Like Paul and Silos after the jail
- I’m thankful like Daniel after the lions
- Thankful like Lazarus finally unwound
- Thankful like Noah back on dry ground
If GOD used David, Paul, Silos, Daniel, Lazarus and Noah >>> HE can use us!
- I’ve battled giants of failure and fear
- Shadows of doubts where my hope was unclear
- But along Lord You were hovering near
- All of my sins were a thundering roar
- That echoed the guilt that I could not ignore
- But it’s nailed to a cross and I hear it no more
- And I’m thankful
- Lord, I’m thankful

Dear Lord, Your WORD reminds us to be THANKFUL in everything. It is a way of life for the BELIEVER. In everything, GIVE THANKS, even when things look bleak and we feel all hope is gone, You remind us to ONLY BELIEVE.

LIFE IS FULL OF UPS AND DOWNS, but You promised to never leave us nor forsake us. When we give THANKS to You for all that You have done for us, we are blessed.
