PAIN WON’T LAST

Dear Lord, thank You for loving us. You are our Daddy, Abba, Father. We love you so much, Father, and we thank You that we can come boldly before Your throne of GRACE. PAIN WON’T LAST. Life around me’s changing too fast and you can’t replace what stuck in the past. The people you meet they soon fade away, but if they’re willing to leave don’t beg them to stay.

[2Co 4:17-18 KJV] 17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding [and] eternal weight of glory; 18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen [are] temporal; but the things which are not seen [are] eternal.

[1Pe 5:10 KJV] 10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle [you].

PAIN WON’T LAST

Life around me’s changing too fast
And you can’t replace what stuck in the past
The people you meet they soon fade away
But if they’re willing to leave don’t beg them to stay
Life goes on with or without ’em
Only pain comes from thinkin’ about ’em

SUFFERING EQUATES TO PAIN; a word that inflicts mental, physical and heart discomfort. Pain doesn’t just show up in our lives for no reason. It’s a sign that something needs to change. Decisions made without consulting the MASTER have repercussions, but Hallelujah that we have a SAVIOR that forgives and uses our past to bless our future. We can’t live in the past of our mistakes where there is not sunshine. But we can live with the assurance that our future is bright when we dedicate our lives to Jesus. He WILL make all things beautiful again in His time.

MOVIN’ ON

Movin’ on is the best way to go
When it feels like it’s a one-lane road
A broken path is long and it is dark
You can’t see where to go when the flame won’t spark
You’re on the ground with scars from your past
Might be hurtin’ now but the pain won’t last
Everyday seems to be the same
And you can’t see the sun through thе pouring rain
No one to call when life gеts tough
Feel so alone man I’ve had enough

When the rain comes and it seems so dark, the SUN will shine again. And when it does, it puts a new view of our future.

[Psa 42:8 KJV] 8 [Yet] the LORD will command his lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night his song [shall be] with me, [and] my prayer unto the God of my life.

Life goes on with or without ’em
Only pain comes from thinkin’ about ’em

Pain is not only a necessity but also a blessing because it warns us, corrects us, guides us, and brings us to Jesus. Pain can be a blessing in many different ways, and the first is as a warning system. When we listen to His still, small voice, it will guide our steps away from pain and into victory.

[Jer 29:11 KJV] 11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Dear Lord, Your pain on the CROSS did not last; it was for OUR VICTORY. As I wrote those words, the image of Jesus and His PAIN ON THE CROSS came into my vision. His pain was such a light affliction compared to the pain we feel. But as You prevailed, so will we. When we keep our eyes on You and Your suffering for us, our pain will be like a tiny “ouch” in comparison. As we venture into this day, we will remember Your pain and we will give You praise and honor for all the suffering You endured for us to live a victorious life.
