Believer As a believer, it’s no longer just you- It’s you and Jesus working in and through you. The Bible says that believers are joint-heirs with Christ. (Romans 8:17.) Whatever power and glory Jesus has, we get to share equally with Him. We must remember however, that we work together. Jesus isn’t going to just overtake you and cause you to do things. Trust
When you start looking at trials and challenges in the natural, trying to figure out how it happened and how will you get out of it, you have just appointed yourself in charge of that situation. This mindset essentially blocks God’s ability to intervene and help you as His Word promises.
Humble Yourself
Pride says, “Work hard to obtain, and even harder to maintain.” God says, “Humble yourself and let me lavish all of my goodness on you.” Let’s choose Jesus’ life more abundantly (John 10:10). And resist the devil and his lies.
Love Yourself
What is self-love? The Bible tells us to love our neighbors as we love ourselves. We can’t really do either perfectly until we discover God’s love for us and the whole world.
