Dear Lord, thank you for loving us. You are our Daddy, Father, Abba. We love you so much, Father, and we thank you that we can come boldly before your throne of GRACE.  WINGS OF MAJESTY. I’ll dwell in your shelter. And rest in your shadow and say you’re my fortress oh God.  I’ll Trust you. Your arms wrapped around me and I know you’ll be faithful to me.

[Psa 93:1 KJV] 1 The LORD reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, [wherewith] he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.

WINGS OF MAJESTY

MAJESTY:  impressive stateliness, dignity or beauty, royal power

God’s great strength calls forth honor. God’s glory demands praise. Thus, this psalm reminds us why we worship God even as it calls us to worship.

• I will not fear for the terrors, the dangers
• Diseases that stalk in the night
• When thousands are falling around me
• No torment will touch me
• And I will see

FEAR NOT

[Isa 41:10 KJV] 10 Fear thou not; for I [am] with thee: be not dismayed; for I [am] thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

“FEAR NOT” is a command from our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. If it were not so, He would not have told us so. When we let FEAR (false evidence appearing real) overtake us, it weakens our FAITH. Instead of focusing on what Jesus did on the cross for us, we let the devils desire to steal away our confidence in the WORD. 

FEAR: an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat.

• That Jesus you’re with me
• A shield from the harm
• Protection in your arms
• Your faithfulness guards me

• I’m trusting under your
• Wings of majesty

The word, wings, brings up lofty concepts such as imagination, victory, and freedom. And they remind us of God’s Protection.  In the Bible, they symbolize something deeper and spiritual. Whether it is a depiction of angels, God’s instruments of war, the expansiveness of a kingdom and influence or God’s protection, the Bible is never silent. It is written by GOD for us to walk in VICTORY! Hallelujah and Amen to the glory of God.

WINGS remind us of birds and airplanes > they are the SOURCE of their ability to fly. As I looked at that word again, I was reminded how POWERFUL winds are to keep the aircraft air born. Then I was reminded that when JESUS covers us with His WINGS OF MAJESTY, we covered by HIS GREAT LOVE for us.

Thank you, Lord, for your WINGS OF MAJESTY that covers our lives. You are our shield from harm; no weapon formed against us shall prosper. If we stay under Your wings, we will walk in victory. Your arms protect us and Your faithfulness guards us because we put our trust in You. Guide our steps today to share your WINGS OF MAJESTY message to someone in need. Open our eyes to see past their physical into their spiritual needs. Let our light shine so brightly that they will ask us where it comes from. 

PRAY FOR ONE ANOTHER because JESUS prayed for us!
