THE STAND
Dear Lord, thank You for loving us. You are our Daddy, Abba, Father. We love you so much, Father, and we thank You that we can come boldly before Your throne of GRACE. THE STAND. You stood before creation. Eternity in Your Hand. You spoke the earth into motion. My soul now to stand.
[Col 1:15-20 KJV] 15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether [they be] thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all [things] he might have the preeminence.
19 For it pleased [the Father] that in him should all fulness dwell; 20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, [I say], whether [they be] things in earth, or things in heaven.
THE STAND
- You stood before my failure
- And carried the cross for my shame
- My sin weighed upon Your Shoulders

- So what could I say?

WHAT A POWERFUL STATEMENT: All I am is Yours! When we totally surrender our heart and lives to JESUS, we can say this statement with confidence. The world teaches us to surrender ourselves to ourselves regardless of who it hurts; specifically, JESUS. He went to the CROSS by surrendering His all to death for our salvation. As I listened to the lyrics and stared at the image of JESUS on the Cross, tears flowed. The pain he endured for me, and YOU, brought me to tears.

Dear Lord, we surrender our hearts and lives to You because we’re obedient to Your FATHER. He created You for the time of crucifixion. You DID NOT DENY that You were the Son of GOD. And we DO NOT DENY that you’re the Christ, the SON of the LIVING GOD. If we were to be put on trial to defend our faith, WOULD WE? WOULD THERE BE ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO CONVICT US AS BEING A CHRISTIAN? A question that every CHRISTIAN needs to answer for themselves. To DENY or CONFESS that JESUS CHRIST IS LORD? The deciding is totally ours to make.
