Dear Abba Father, Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit, thank You for loving us. We love You and thank You that we can come boldly before Your throne of GRACE. Today is the day that You have made, and we will rejoice and be glad in. We need to be grateful and tell others how THANKFUL we are for them being part of our lives. THANKFUL is a word we need in our daily vocabulary.

What does THANKFUL mean?
Expressing gratitude and relief.
The feeling of being happy or grateful because of something
GRATITUDE: the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.
KINDNESS: The quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate.
BEING THANKFUL 24×7 with gratitude and kindness.
THANKFUL TESTIMONY
This post is a testimony of the power of the word THANKFUL for me.
We need to be grateful and tell others how THANKFUL we are for them being part of our lives. THANKFUL is a word we need in our daily vocabulary. At times, life can be overwhelming. When the devil sees us making great strides in our purpose, he throws obstacles in our way, distractions to take our focus off being THANKFUL. During my morning Prayer, Worship Song TEXT posts this week, the HOLY SPIRIT spoke the word, THANKFUL, into my spirit. A word that I could not stop thinking about. A word GOD wanted me to focus on.
While I was praying, the HOLY SPIRIT led me to song after song after song, referring to this word. Then HE led me to Andrew Wommack sermon from November 24, 2024 on Thanksgiving.
In essence, when we think of being THANKFUL, many will associate it with THANKSGIVING, that ONE DAY A YEAR that we think about THANKING GOD for all our provisions. But it was meant for every day of our lives.
Also, I hightly recommend this video to all who are seeking to learn learn about what the BIBLE says about THANKSGIVING.

IN GRATITUDE ALWAYS
Today is the day that the LORD has made, and we should rejoice and be glad in it (PSALM 118:24)
WIth this in mind, I continued to focus on how important the word THANKFUL means to God. As a matter of fact, not only did GOD remind me of Psalm 118:24, He led me to additonal scriptures regarding THANKSGIVING.
[Col 4:2 KJV] 2 Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;
[Eph 5:20 KJV] 20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
[Psa 100:4 KJV] 4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, [and] into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, [and] bless his name.
[Psa 106:1 KJV] 1 Praise ye the LORD. O give thanks unto the LORD; for [he is] good: for his mercy [endureth] forever.
Thank you, Jesus, for reminding me of these scriptures.
Again, I say THANK YOU!
COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS
Shawna Edwards song is simple, but powerful. And when I listened to it, it prompted me to name people and things I am THANKFUL for.
- One, for each blessed day
- Two, every breath I take
- Three, for my family
- Four, all they mean to me
- Five, just to be alive
- Six, for the earth and sky
- And seven for heaven
While counting our blessings, and naming them one by one, we become aware of how blessed we are.
- For every good thing that I have comes from God
- Every day, every hour
- There are blessings He sends without number or end
- If I counted a hundred or a thousand, I’m sure
- There would still be more to be thankful for
- Eight, for the chance to grow
- Nine, heart and hands and soul
- Ten, for the eyes to see
To clarify, there are more than 10 reasons to be THANKFUL today.
Thankful for all the BLESSINGS
- All God has given me
- I could go on and on
- Counting the whole day long
All things considered, being THANKFUL is a way of life we need to incorporate in our daily lives.
- I know He is with me
- For every good thing that I have comes from God
- Every day, every hour
- There are blessings He sends without number or end
In other words, we need to thank GOD for all things as blessings.
- And If I counted a hundred or a thousand, I’m sure
- Hence There would still be more
- There would still be more
- And more to be thankful for
In addition, we need to be grateful and tell others how THANKFUL we are for them being part of our lives. THANKFUL is a word we need in our daily vocabulary.
IN A WORD … THANKFUL has a lot of meaning to those who give it away and those who receive it.
WHAT ARE YOU THANKFUL FOR?
Now that we know the importance of the word THANKFUL, let’s STOP and think about our answers … then start THANKING GOD for all He has done for us. Equally important, we need to THANK the people who bless us.
As well as thanking those who pray for us. I thank GOD for all of you who pray for me. As shown above with the examples of mulitple scriptures, I’ve learned the power of the word THANKFUL.
In summary, I want to encourage all of us to THANK those precious people in our lives who bless us throughout our day.

Dear ABBA FATHER, LORD JESUS, HOLY SPIRIT. Today is the day we will be THANKFUL for everything in our lives … for the reason we are alive today to read this post. The more we express THANKFULNESS to YOU for all the blessings YOU have blessed us with, YOU will bless us more.
Today I challenge all of us to start each morning and night with Praise, Worship and Thanksgiving for all HE HAS DONE FOR US. As shown above through multiple scriptures, GOD wants us to express how THANKFUL we are for everything in our lives.
In view of what GOD showed me today regarding the word THANKFUL, I want to challenge you to tell others to tell others how THANKFUL they are for the blessings GOD has given them. As Andrew Wommack reminds us, “Thanksgiving is looking at your past to THANK GOD for all he has done for you.”
In closing, I want to encourage all of us to say THANK YOU to those precious people in your life that have blessed you.
