Our Need For The Cross

If perfection came before the cross, there would be no need for the cross.

Don’t ever get confused about when the time is right to go to God and make Jesus the Lord of your life. The moment you decide you’re willing and wanting God in your life-that’s the time!

Don’t you hesitate or question it even for a second because the devil will do everything he can to keep you from making that decision. He will bring up every reason you’re not worthy, every lie you ever told, every wrong choice you’ve made, how mean or disrespectful you have been, and the list can go on and on.

Jesus Paid The Price

Not one of us deserves what Jesus died to give us. I know I don’t. God’s love for us is so great, that if we let Him, His love can undo all the mess in your life and get you on the path He had in store for you. Once you let Him in, your past is your past. God erases your slate clean and you have a brand new start. A do-over of sorts with all the backup you could possibly need to make it victorious this time.

Don’t let any part of you believe the lie that you cannot go to God and be forgiven. Remember who the author of lies is- the devil!!! Jesus paid that price so ALL of us could receive salvation. Receive yours now and start again, with God.

Romans 10:9-11 That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
