ONE DESIRE
Dear Lord, thank You for loving us. You are our Daddy, Abba, Father. We love you so much, Father, and we thank You that we can come boldly before Your throne of GRACE. ONE DESIRE. If I could have One Desire before my life is through. Even in my darkest night, my life would shine for You.
[Psa 38:9 KJV] 9 Lord, all my desire [is] before thee; and my groaning is not hid from thee.

DESIRE: craving, longing, yearning

JESUS should be our ONE DESIRE to live for Him. When we desire to live for Him, we represent Him for who He is >>> LOVE. As He loved us, so should we love others. He could have turned His back on those who hated him, but HE DID NOT. He went to the Cross for them as He did for us.
[Heb 6:19 KJV] 19 Which [hope] we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;

- You are my Faithful Friend
- The One that I lean on
- You always understand
- With all that I am
- I’ll give you the deepest devotion I know
- With all of my strength
- I won’t let You go
FRIENDS are valuable treasures. Jesus presented Himself as a FRIEND that we should seek to imitate. Friends are there in times of joy and in sorrow. As we enjoy our time with friends, we should enjoy MORE our time with Jesus. Time to just sit at His feet and open our hearts to hear His messages.
[Jhn 15:14-15 ESV] 14 You are my friends if you do what I command you. 15 No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you.

Dear Lord, we DESIRE YOU above all else in our lives. For it is YOU that gave us the gift of eternal life. As we seek to know You more, our DESIRE to sit at Your feet becomes the driving force of our day. As we pray PSALM 91 every morning, we know it is YOU that is speaking to us as our LORD, SAVIOR and FRIEND. This is the day that we rejoice in YOU which makes our heart rejoice.
