O CHURCH ARISE

Dear Lord, thank You for loving us. You are our Daddy, Abba, Father. We love you so much, Father; and we thank You that we can come boldly before Your throne of GRACE. O CHURCH ARISE. And put your armor on. Hear the call of Christ, Our captain. For now the weak can say that they are strong In the strength that God has given.

[Eph 6:12-13 KJV] 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places]. 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

O CHURCH ARISE

CHURCH: to prepare the way for the establishment of the Kingdom of God on earth.

ARISE: emerge; become apparent, stand up.

With shield of faith and belt of truth
We’ll stand against the devil’s lies
An army bold whose battle cry is love
Reaching out to those in darkness
Our call to war
To love the captive soul
But to rage against the captor
And with the sword
That makes the wounded whole
We will fight with faith and valor

[Eph 6:11 KJV] 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

HALLELUJAH and AMEN to the glory of God. When we wear our armour, we are STRONG; no weapons formed against us will prosper. The devil can not stand in the presence of JESUS! When we are down and depressed and feel like all hope is gone; we need to remember we are wearing HIS armour and loudly proclaim, “get behind me satan!” with the boldness of a lion.

[Isa 54:17 KJV] 17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue [that] shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This [is] the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness [is] of me, saith the LORD.

YOU’VE ALREADY WON

We will face trials during our lifetime. But when we look at the CROSS, a place where love and mercy met, we know that Jesus conquered death and rose again. The stone was rolled away, and He arose VICTORIOUS. He suffered so we would not have to.

So Spirit come
Put strength in every stride
Give grace for every hurdle
That we may run with faith
To win the prize
Of a servant good and faithful
Arise shine for your light has come
Arise shine for the Risen Son
Lift your eyes
We are His radiant bride
Arise O church arise

[Rev 12:10 KJV] 10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

WE ARE THE CHURCH …. Living, breathing, walking, talking! Our lives represent the RISEN JESUS which gives us the commission to GO AND MAKE DISCIPLES OF MEN.
