I CAN ONLY IMAGINE what it must have been like to experience this moment in time that changed the world. To lay my eyes on the babe in the manger knowing and believing that babe was JESUS CHRIST who would grow up to go to the WOODEN CROSS for me! WOW!

Dear Lord, what a glorious moment in history: that precious day that You were born. It is the reason we celebrate CHRISTMAS. As we approach that special day of remembrance, we are reminded that YOU are the greatest gift to the world. On that stary night, You were born in a stable because there was room at the inn > not in a royal palace!
[Luk 2:7 KJV] 7 And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.
This scripture reminded me that You could have come as a ROYAL KING, but you didn’t. You came as a babe in a manger who grew up like us to serve Your purpose on the WOODEN CROSS. Thank You, Lord, for coming to earth as a babe for a time to serve Your purpose on earth >>> TO GIVE US THE FREE GIFT OF SALVATION!
