Dear Lord, thank you for loving us. You are our Daddy, Abba, Father. We love you so much, Father, and we thank you that we can come boldly before Your throne of GRACE. I BELIEVE. I believe in God who made me. And I believe in His Holy Word. And I delight in the things He tells me. It’s the best news I have ever heard.

The song was written for the movie, “I BELIEVE” > a story of the faith of a nine year old boy who JESUS used to heal the Veterans amputated leg, restored sight to the baby, saved him from injury, restored health to a dying son, and raised his friend from death. He said continually, “IT WASN’T ME, IT WAS GOD!” When we get out of our own way, it allows GOD to work through us!

CHILDLIKE FAITH

As adult Christians, sometimes we need to return to our childlike faith to be used by God.  When we let past hurts and losses that blind our heart to the LOVE OF OUR HEAVENLY FATHER, He will be able to use us to perform His miracles.

We live in a fallen world of “IT IS ALL ABOUT ME AND MY ABILITIES AND ACCOMPLISHEMENT!”

In closure, this song / movie has caused a ripple in the lives of some of my closest friends. It was a needed reminder that ALL needs to hear. God can use ALL regardless of age, status in life, male or female. GOD can use everyone who BELIEVES IN HIM. Will you believe in him today to help others in need?
