He Is A Good Good Father
He Is A Good Good Father
How often in your life have you taken for granted the miracle-working power of God? Yet, He remains faithful! He is a good good Father!
When you look over your past and think about all the ways God has provided, protected, healed, or delivered you from something, do you keep those in remembrance and stay confident in God’s faithfulness? Or every time a situation arises, it’s a whole new battle where you just hope and pray that He will come through for you?
Remember His Faithfulness
We must be intentional to remember His faithfulness. Think of how often the disciples would be surprised by a miracle Jesus would do. Pretty much every time , yet they were with Him 24/7 watching His every move. We must even get into the habit of thanking Him for things we are not even aware of, but He is surely doing on our behalf. When you reflect on all of the ways God works in your life, you stay confident knowing that you can always put your trust in Him.
It is necessary to be thankful always to God, writing down testimonies, sharing them with others, and reminding yourself of them daily. Fellowship with like-minded believers is also a great way to see how faithful God is as well as witnessing His miracle working power in other people’s lives.
If it’s been awhile since you’ve reflected on God’s goodness in your life, I encourage you to sit down and reminisce over all the ways He has been there for you. It will keep you encouraged when trials come and it will be a blessing as you thank Him for all of His goodness. Try to encourage your family members to do the same, especially if you have children. It’s never too early to start acknowledging and thanking God for all that He does.
Lamentations 3:22-24 The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “therefore I will hope in him.”
Deuteronomy 7:9 Know therefore that the Lord your God is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him and keep his commandments, to a thousand generations.
2 Timothy 2:13 If we are faithless, he remains faithful— for he cannot deny himself.

Lana,
Hallelujah and Amen. The WORD is our spiritual mirror. And when we look into it, we see a new PERSON in Christ. And that PERSON forever, with every breathe, gives THANKS with a grateful heart. We must STUDY TO SHOW OURSELVES approved or we misrepresent the WORD in TRUTH.
Blessed Post!
