Dear Abba Father, Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit, Thank You for loving us. We love you and thank you that we can come boldly before your throne. The GRACE of GOD is sufficient for all our needs. God knows what we need to read or listen to before we do.
GRACE
- My heart is so proud
- My eyes are so unfocused
- I see the things you do through me
- As great things I have done
UNFOCUSED: Not concentrated at one point or upon one objective
- And now you gently break me
- Then lovingly, you take me
- And hold me as my father
- And mold me as my maker
BREAK: separate, sever
It’s easy to lose our focus during our storm. Each wave takes our focus off the FATHER and onto our problem. But His GRACE is sufficient to get us back on the mission He assigned us before we were born.
[2Co 12:9 KJV] 9 And he said unto me, My Grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly, therefore, will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
KINDNESS AND COMPASSION
- I ask you: “How many times will you pick me up
- When I keep on letting you down?”
- And each time I will fall short of your glory
- How far will forgiveness abound?
In essence, Grace implies a benign attitude and a willingness to grant favors or make concessions.
- And you answer: “My child, I love you
- And as long as you’re seeking my face
- You’ll walk in the power of my daily sufficient Grace.”
[Eph 2:8 KJV] 8 For by Grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God:
To clarify, GRACE is a gift of power that is given to us for our daily sufficient supply.
MERCY AND BLESSINGS
- At times, I may grow weak
- And feel a bit discouraged
- Knowing that someone
- Somewhere could do a better job
- For who am I to serve you?
- I know I don’t deserve you
- And that’s the part that burns in my heart
- And keeps me hanging on
- You are so patient with me, Lord
[1Ti 1:16 NIV] 16 But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life
GODSENT AND FAVOR
- I do not treat the Grace of God as meaningless.
- For if keeping the law could make me right with God, then there was no need for Christ to die.
- As I walk with you, I’m learning what Your Grace means
- The price that I could never pay was paid at Calvary
[Rom 5:20-21 NIV] 20 The law was brought in so that the trespass might increase. But where sin increased, Grace increased all the more, 21 so that, just as sin reigned in death, so also Grace might reign through righteousness to bring eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
In summary, WE ARE SAVED BY GRACE as insurance of our eternal life in heaven.
- So instead of trying to repay you, I’m learning to obey you simply
- By giving up my life to You for all that You’ve given to me

Dear ABBA FATHER, LORD JESUS, HOLY SPIRIT, Your WORD is a lamp unto our path and light into our feet. Today we give THANKS to You for the GRACE You have given us. By Your GRACE we are alive on earth today, and when our purpose has been fulfilled. Then we will live ETERNITY IN HEAVEN WITH YOU.
Today is the day that You have made and we will rejoice and be glad in it. When sorrows and pain try to evade our thoughts, we well remember this song to quicky rebuke them in the name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior who GRACE IS SUFFICENT FOR US.
