Book of Instruction

Book of Instruction

It is true that the Bible is a book of God’s promises, but it is first a book of instruction.

Thankfully, there is no work that you have to do to receive your salvation from God, BUT, and that’s a HUGE BUT- once you are saved, now you have that Book of Instruction to live by so that you can expect and enjoy the blessings and promises of God.

Lukewarm Believers

If you are a believer and not experiencing God’s blessings, ask yourself if you are following His commandments. Are you listening to the guiding of the Holy Spirit? Lukewarm believers often struggle with this.

We cannot pick and choose the parts of Christianity we want to walk in. You are either ALL IN, experiencing God’s abundant blessings and promises, or you’re not and left questioning why this healing promise isn’t working or why you’re struggling with lack, depression, addiction, fear or anxiety.

Follow Him

Receiving salvation is a choice to pick up your cross, meaning to leave your old life behind and start anew. This is often referred to as being born-again. It is a declared commitment to follow Him and His way. Thankfully we now have the Holy Spirit inside of us to help us to do all that He asks.

Get into God’s Word and as you do, the Holy Spirit will speak to you. Soon you will start experiencing a change of heart that effortlessly leads you into all of His ways. And I assure you, His ways are way greater than our ways. Follow Him!

Joshua 1:8 NLT

Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do.

1 John 3:9 NLT

Those who have been born into God’s family do not make a practice of sinning, because God’s life is in them. So they can’t keep on sinning, because they are children of God.

Romans 2:4 NLT

Don’t you see how wonderfully kind, tolerant, and patient God is with you? Does this mean nothing to you? Can’t you see that his kindness is intended to turn you from your sin?
