Believer

As a believer, it’s no longer just you- It’s you and Jesus working in and through you.

The Bible says that believers are joint-heirs with Christ. (Romans 8:17.) Whatever power and glory Jesus has, we get to share equally with Him.

We must remember however, that we work together. Jesus isn’t going to just overtake you and cause you to do things. You have to step out in faith and that is when His power flows through you.

Ephesians 3:20 “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all the we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.”

This means that His power flows according to the faith we exercise in Him and His Word. If we step out in faith to lay hands on someone with the expectation of God’s power flowing through us, we should have confidence in seeing the manifestation of that healing.

Co-laborers

We are co-laborers with Christ. God needs faith filled, willing vessels to work through to release His power. Our job is to believe and act in faith, and God releases His miracle working power through us.

There are so many people who need healing, deliverance, and salvation. We are called to reach them and set them free. As we start to take steps of faith, God will move with us and we will begin witnessing signs and miracles. It is definitely a team effort. The Bible says that faith without works is dead, so unless we move first, God has nobody to flow through and people will be deprived of what they need.

Freely we have received this blessing, so freely we must give it to someone else. Let’s start today.
