ANGELS AMONG US

Dear Abba Father, Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit, Thank You for loving us. We love you and thank you that we can come boldly before your throne. When we live our lives according to the WORD of GOD, we know that there are ANGELS AMONG US. Angels in the Bible are depicted as God’s messengers, powerful spiritual beings, and instruments of divine will and are mentioned in both Old Testament and New Testament. They announce significant events and instructions and guidance from God.
ANGELS AMONG US
JESUS actually appeared before Abraham with two Angels to announce that Sarah would birth a son.
[Gen 18:1-2 KJV] 1 And the LORD appeared unto him in the plains of Mamre: and he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day; 2 And he lift up his eyes and looked, and, lo, three men stood by him: and when he saw [them], he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the ground.
[Gen 18:9-10 KJV] 9 And they said unto him, Where [is] Sarah thy wife? And he said, Behold, in the tent. 10 And he said, I will certainly return unto thee according to the time of life; and, lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a son. And Sarah heard [it] in the tent door, which [was] behind him.
For me, it is usually ONE WORD that guides me to His song for these posts, which leads me to writing the post about the song for you. And what I have discovered is HIS delivery can vary; still, small voice, email, text, letter > even a conversation from a friend or family member. Once we learn to discern His voice among the noise, we become a vessel He can use to share His message with others.
DIVINE BEING
In my research for this post, I learned there are ANGELS sent to help us in every area of our lives. And they are activated by our VOICE. When we speak God’s Word with boldness and obedience, angels move and act on those words. The Word of God is not passive; it is ALIVE. It is a sword.
MESSENGER OF GOD
In fact, Angels are frequently depicted as messengers in the flesh! Just as they appeared to Abraham and Sarah.
- I was walkin’ home from school on a cold winter day
- Took a shortcut through the woods, and I lost my way
- It was gettin’ late, and I was scared and alone
SCARED AND ALONE … we have all been there before. When we feel a lone with no help in sight. But the WORD tells us HE WILL NEVER LEAVE US NOR FORSAKE US. (DEU 31:8).
- But then a kind old man took my hand and led me home
- Mama couldn’t see him, but he was standin’ there
- And I knew in my heart, he was the answer to my prayer

IN TROUBLED TIMES
- When life held troubled times, and had me down on my knees
- There’s always been someone there to come along and comfort me
- A kind word from a stranger, to lend a helpin’ hand
- A phone call from a friend, just to say I understand
- And ain’t it kind of funny that at the dark end of the road
- Someone lights the way with just a single ray of hope
- They wear so many faces; show up in the strangest places
- To grace us with their mercy, in our time of need
OH I BELIEVE
- Oh I believe there are angels among us
- Sent down to us from somewhere up above
- They come to you and me in our darkest hours
- To show us how to live, to teach us how to give
- To guide us with the light of love
HALLELUJAH
In closing, I want to emphasis that ANGELS ARE AMONG US. And for me, they have been my focus over the past week. I’ve SPOKEN scripture OUT LOUD activate God’s assigned ANGELS to help me fulfill by purpose on earth. They NEED TO HEAR OUR VOICE!!! IT SETS THEM IN MOTION!!!
So, today … I challenge you to read all the ANGEL scriptures above to SEE that they are REAL!!!

The WORD tells us to VERBALLY call upon them in time of need. As they were sent by God in Old Testament and New Testament, they are sent to us today.
