Dear Lord, thank you for loving us. You are our Daddy, Abba, Father. We love you so much, Father, and we thank you that we can come boldly before Your throne of GRACE. MY HEALER. I believe You’re my Healer. I believe You are all I need, my Portion more than enough for me. Jesus, You’re all I need.

[Isa 53:5 KJV] 5 But he [was] wounded for our transgressions, [he was] bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace [was] upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

MY HEALER

HEALER: a person who seeks to cure diseases 

• You hold my every moment
• You calm my raging seas
• You walk with me through fire
• And heal all my disease

We tend to take our health for granted when we feel great. It is not until we are not feeling great do we remember what the WORD says about our health. These past few days has taken me on a roller coaster of not feeling well, but I have no one to blame but me. I was so caught up in all the holiday “must-do’s” that I forgot to take care of me. And that opened the door for the devil to stroll right in and send the headache, sneezing, coughing, sore throat, and fever!  Better known as the. “COLD.” Hallelujah and Amen, I am standing on the WORD OF GOD and pushing that door closed. If the WORD says, “by His strips I am healed, then it is so!” We walk by FAITH and not by SIGHT. 

WHAT DID I LEARN THIS WEEK?

What did I learn from this week; take care of me so I can take care of others. Don’t put off to tomorrow what needs to be taken care of today. When we neglect to feed the body what it needs to be healthy, we will suffer the consequences.  I am basically a healthy person, but these past few weeks I have neglected to follow my own advice. I am going to BELIEVE the WORD and not what I feel!

• I believe You’re my Healer
• And I believe You are all I need
• I believe You’re my Portion
• And I believe You’re more than enough for me
• Jesus, You’re all I need

YOU ARE MY HEALER

As I sat down to write this post,  I had no idea what the worship song would be; but GOD knew. He directed me to this song that reminded me that JESUS IS ALL I NEED. HE IS MY HEALER. 

I BELIEVE are two powerful words. 

Today, let’s STOP and take a moment to reflect on what we BELIEVE!  When we BELIEVE in the WORD OF GOD, we are blessed. But as I experienced these past few days, I let the symptoms of my sickness overshadow what the WORD says. I DO BELIEVE THAT JESUS IS MY HEALER. It may come in different forms and times, but none-the-less, HE IS OUR HEALER. 

THANK YOU

Dear Lord, thank you for HEALING all who need HEALING. Whether physical or emotional, YOU ARE THE HEALER.  As we venture into this day, let’s give thanks for the health that we have, and continue to give thanks to Jesus for His Healing Power over our lives. As I reflect on my “ status” I’m reminded how small this sickness is in comparison to those who are suffering life threatening sicknesses and diseases. 

PRAY FOR ONE ANOTHER because JESUS prayed for us!
