Dear Lord, thank you for loving us. You are our Daddy, Father, Aba. We love you so much, Father, and we thank you that we can come boldly before your throne of GRACE. CLOSER TO GOD. I thought the more I cleaned myself up, the more worthy I’d be. I thought I had to draw near to Him, for Him to draw back to me. But He’s the breath in my lungs when I’m gasping for air. He’s the friend listening, holding my desperate prayers.

[Job 33:4 KJV] 4 The Spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life.

 [Psa 145:18 NIV] 18 The LORD is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.

CLOSER TO GOD

God hears the cries from our heart when words cannot be spoken.  We live in a time of technology where we communicate via voicemail, email, and text. Immediate contact is rare, BUT NOT WITH GOD. He is available 24×7 for a direct connection; every second of the day! He is ready to heal our broken heart! 

THE BROKENHEARTED

• ‘Cause He leans into the brokenhearted
• The whisper in the storm
• And looking back to where I started
• The path revealed Him more

When our hearts are broken, we need to RUN into His throne room of GRACE and His love will comfort us.  God can use any situation to make us a blessing to others. 

• He’s the friend listening
• Holding my desperate prayers

The WORD tells us we will have trials and tribulations, but to be of good cheer for He has overcome the world.  He will never leave us nor forsake us. When times get tough, we need to RUN to HIM, and He will comfort us; He will wash away our tears. God can turn any trial into a blessing to the world. 

[Jhn 16:33 KJV] 33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

Dear Lord, we are learning more each day of the meaning of, “HOW GREAT IS MY GOD”! You love us with an everlasting love that can heal any broken heart. As we venture into this day, we are drawing CLOSER TO YOU and we thank You for your GREAT LOVE for us. We ask You to make us a blessing to this lost and hurting world. Christmas Day, the celebration of the babe in the manger, is over, but not forgotten.  As we head into the final days of 2022, we WILL continue to CALL UPON THE LORD at the first signs of trials and tribulations. We WILL seek YOU FIRST for the resolution to our trails for when we seek YOU FIRST, the answer will be given.

PRAY FOR ONE ANOTHER because JESUS prayed for us!
