Dear Lord, thank you for loving us. You are our Daddy, Abba, Father. We love you so much, Father, and we thank you that we can come boldly before your throne of GRACE. MESSIAH. Long awaited precious promise. Son of God and son of man. Heaven’s glory in a manger. Has come to us in Bethlehem, Messiah.

[Luk 2:11-12 NIV] 11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. 12 This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.”

[Jhn 1:41 NIV] 41 The first thing Andrew did was to find his brother Simon and tell him, “We have found the Messiah” (that is, the Christ).

[Jhn 4:25 NIV] 25 The woman said, “I know that Messiah” (called Christ) “is coming. When he comes, he will explain everything to us.”

MESSIAH

MESSIAH: anointed one

[Act 5:42 NIV] 42 Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Messiah.

The Holy Spirit led me to this song, and it touched my heart.  The name MESSIAH is a name that proclaims the ANNOINTED ONE. God who came to earth in the form of a baby, Jesus Christ, to save the world from sin. Jesus is the reason for the season for the Christian.  NOT the red-suited man with the white beard. But they have one thing in common > to be a giver. Santa gives many gifts that wear out and get broken. But Jesus gives ONE GIFT that gives life for eternity. Hallelujah and Amen to the glory of God.

LET’S ADORE HIM

As the countdown begins to the “CELEBRATED DAY,” let’s not forget we should ADORE Him every day. Jesus came to earth to die to be our LORD and SAVIOR every day!

The Holy Spirit led me to worship songs about this CHRISTMAS DAY celebration that I will share all month. Each one will remind us of the TRUE REASON FOR THE SEASON.

Dear Lord, on our knees we fall to adore YOU for all you have given us. Our salvation was Your greatest gift that changed our lives. We no longer live as the world lives, but as a new creation in You. Speak to us in your still, small voice, the name of someone that needs to hear about the TRUE REASON FOR THE SEASON. Let them see YOU in us this holiday > peace and not stress. Our gift to YOU is our adoration and love. YOU are the greatest gift of all. 

PRAY FOR ONE ANOTHER because JESUS prayed for us!
