Dear Lord, Thank you for loving us. You are our Daddy, Father, Aba. We love you so much, Father, and we thank you that we can come boldly before your throne of GRACE.  COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS, NAME THEM ONE BY ONE TO SEE WHAT GOD HAS DONE. 

[Psa 68:19 NIV] 19 Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens.

[Eph 5:20 NIV] 20 always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

[1Th 5:16-18 NIV] 16 Rejoice always, 17 pray continually, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

COUNT OUR BLESSINGS

Therefore, we will name them one by one. When upon life’s billows are tempest tossed. When we are DISCOURAGED thinking all is lost, we will count our blessings …

• GOD’S LOVE
• SALVATION
• FREEDOM TO PRAY
• Ability to walk, talk, see, hear 
• Family
• Position with influence
• Place to lay our head
• Food to eat
• Vehicle to drive 

AND THE LIST GOES ON AND ON …

We are children of God and through Jesus we have the POWER to overcome disappointments and discouragements. They are not blessings, but the devil out to steal, kill and destroy our joy.

Thank you, Lord, for pouring out your unmerited favor over us. Let the joy of YOU be our strength today. Guide our steps to your child to remind them to count their blessings, one by one, to see what YOU have done in their lives. 

In summary, counting our blessings is always being humble and giving thanks for everything in life. We are thankful for Jesus Christ who is everything!
