GOD MEANT IT ALL FOR GOOD

Dear Lord, thank You for loving us. You are our Daddy, Abba, Father. We love You so much, Father, and we thank You that we can come boldly before Your throne of GRACE. GOD MEANT IT ALL FOR GOOD. Oh at times I did not understand, it was part of His determined plan. He’s worked all things together like He said he would. And God meant it all for GOOD.

[Rom 8:28 KJV] 28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to [his] purpose.

[Deu 31:6 KJV] 6 Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he [it is] that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

GOD MEANT IT ALL FOR GOOD

MEANT: intend (something) to occur or be the case.

They came to Egypt seeking bread, but regret was what they found instead as they stood before the one they had betrayed

[Gen 50:20 KJV] 20 But as for you, ye thought evil against me; [but] God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as [it is] this day, to save much people alive.

As they looked upon their brother’s face, I’m sure their minds began to race and in their hearts they must have been afraid.
Joseph held their lives within his hands

Joseph shows that the worst conditions possible may not be final. We never know when the next step will lead to success. When trials and tribulations come our way, instead of letting fear overtake us, we need to take out fears to the CROSS. As I reflected on the lyrics of this song,

I was reminded that GOD’s plan is the BEST plan for us. When we stop listening to His still, small voice and make decisions out of the flesh, what we receive in return is NOT good. But GOD always makes a way to get us back on His path and in that process, we become wiser because of it.

He could take revenge with one command.
But the words he spoke left them all dismayed
He said God Meant it all for good
Looking back on what
He’s brough me through
I see things as I should.
Oh at times I did not understand
It was part of his determined plan.
He’s worked all things
Together like He said he would
And God meant it all for good.

GOD’s WAY

When we try to “DO IT OUR WAY” instead of GOD’s WAY, there will be consequences we have to face.

I’ve faced some valleys of my own
Night in which I felt alone
And it seemed I would not see the light of day
But in the darkness of that place
I found in His sufficient grace

[2Co 12:9 KJV] 9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

Giving strength to help me make it on my way

[Zec 4:6 KJV] 6 Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This [is] the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.

I WON’T LET GO

Tho’ the road I walked was rough and long
He composed within my heart a song
So that I could lift my voice for Him and say

GOD HAS A PLAN

That GOD meant it all for good
Looking back on what He’s brought me through
I see thing that I should

Help us to see with our spiritual eyes and not with our physical eyes the GOOD You will make out of our mistakes. While we are in this earthly body, without YOUR SPIRIT, we are limited to what we can accomplish. But when we accept You as our Lord and Savior and the Holy Spirit, ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE AND WILL WORK OUT FOR GOOD. And, the LESSONS learned through our mistakes will be part of our testimony to help others see they need You in their lives.
