Dear Lord, thank you for loving us. You are our Daddy, Abba, Father. We love you so much, Father, and we thank you that we can come boldly before Your throne of GRACE. GOOD GOOD FATHER. Oh, I’ve heard a thousand stories of what they think You’re like. But I’ve heard the tender whisper of love in the dead of night. And You tell me that You’re pleased and that I’m never alone.

[Rom 8:15 KJV] 15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

GOOD GOOD FATHER

GOOD: to be desired or approved of.

FATHER: signifies God’s role as the life-giver, the authority, and powerful protector,God is not only our Father, but He is a good Father.

Scripture gives us examples of how GOOD our Father is:

 [Luk 15:20 KJV] 20 And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.

[Luk 15:28-31 KJV] 28 And he was angry, and would not go in: therefore came his father out, and intreated him. 29 And he answering said to [his] father, Lo, these many years do I serve thee, neither transgressed I at any time thy commandment: and yet thou never gavest me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends: 30 But as soon as this thy son was come, which hath devoured thy living with harlots, thou hast killed for him the fatted calf. 31 And he said unto him, Son, thou art ever with me, and all that I have is thine.

[Mat 10:29-31 KJV] 29 Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. 30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. 31 Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.

RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD

He is our Father; we are His children. In fact, God is identified as our Father 265 times in scripture. As God, our Father, loves and cares for us, so should we love and care for our children all the days of our lives. When we follow His example, that is perfect all the time, our children will grow up to know they have a HEAVENLY FATHER that loves them for eternity.

• And I’m loved by You
• It’s who I am, it’s who I am

WHO I AM?

Who do we claim we are? The child of our GOOD GOOD FATHER, or the child of the devil. God created us to make that choice on our own. And God wrote the BIBLE as His instruction manual for us to know how to operate this earthly vessel. When we don’t read all the instructions on how to operate this earthly vessel, we malfunction! But glory be to our GOOD GOOD FATHER, he also allows us to recalibrate our navigation system through life to get back on course. Hallelujah and Amen to the glory of God.
